Our All-Ladies' Spa is Now Accepting Male Clients by-referral

As you may know, we were first established as an All-ladies' Spa to give women the choice to go to a spa to receive personal care services comfortably and unreservedly.  Due to the popular requests by our clients to extend our services to their husbands, boyfriends and even sons, we are now accepting male clients when they are referred to us by our existing clients and members.*  Our clients can now enjoy couple's massages and gentlemen's facials too!  Contact us for more information!

*In continuing our philosophy and integrity of running a Ladies' Spa, all bookings for male clients must be referred and booked through our existing (female) clients, and must be specially arranged to ensure the comfort of other ladies visiting our spa.  We thank you for your understanding.

Keeping our clients & staff safe & healthy

As the COVID19 pandemic progresses, we understand there are many who are concerned about receiving personal wellness treatments, however we can assure you that the health and safety of our staff and all visitors are of utmost importance to us.  We are keeping up to date with the current situation with the Public Health Agency of Canada to stay aware of the proper measures and precautions needed to ensure a safe environment.

In the present situation, in addition to our existing stringent sanitization routine, we have increased our diligence and taken extra precautions to maintain a safe and sanitary environment for everyone including:

  • ensuring extra social distancing measures, thereby requiring all entry to the facility to be on a by-appointment only basis

  • requiring all visitors to undergo prescreening at the time of booking the appointment

  • requiring everyone entering the facility, including staff and visitors, to undergo an in-person screening with temperature taking and to wear a surgical/medical mask for the entire duration

  • asking those who have been out of the country or have been in close contact to anyone who has been out of the country to refrain from booking for at least 2 weeks following their return

  • asking those who are feeling sick, or have cough/fever/flu-like symptoms or have been in close contact to anyone who has such symptoms to refrain from booking until they have recovered

  • asking those who have been tested positive for COVID19 or in close contact with someone who has tested positive for COVID19 to refrain from booking until 4 weeks after recovery/contact

  • asking those who have been advised to isolate by a doctor, or public health unit to refrain from booking until their isolation requirement has ended

  • increased frequency of sanitizing all tabletops, door handles, massage beds, facial equipment that are not one-time use after each client, as well as shared surfaces with 70% isopropyl alcohol, Lysol, and with bleach and water solution multiple times daily

  • adding hand sanitizer for clients’ use (*opt for soap and water wherever possible)

  • continuing to disinfect all linens, towels and slippers with bleach, Oxiclean & laundry detergent after each client

We kindly remind everyone that it is important to take proper precautions against the virus, some of which include:

  • wear a face covering (surgical or medical mask with at least 2 layers)

  • frequently wash your hands (for 20 sec with soap and water; if there’s no water available, use alcohol-based hand sanitizer)

  • avoid touching the face, nose, mouth with unwashed hands

  • avoid crowds and large scale gatherings where possible

  • sanitizing frequently used objects, ie. cell phones, keyboards, electronics, door handles, light switches etc.

You can visit the Public Health Agency of Canada https://www.canada.ca/en/public-health/services/diseases/coronavirus-disease-covid-19.html to stay up to date and to find out more information.

We understand that it may be a sensitive time to come receive personal services with such close encounter, but we once again assure you that we will continue to do our best to ensure a safe environment.  Feel free to address any questions or concerns to us and we will try to help as best we could.  We hope everyone can stay positive during this time!
